SAID BUILDING, Niamey

Saidini Building is an office building located in Niamey, the capital city of Niger. The building was received in rough construction and all interior and facade coating works were
done by our company.

The project consists of a total of 5 floors, including the ground floor with indoor parking and shops and 4 floors with office units. On the ground floor, there are the technical rooms and security units, as well as shop units with galleries that continue along two floors. On the office floors, there are open work areas as well as meeting rooms, service areas, cafeteria and storage areas.

The existing facade movements in the building are supported by coating materials and the horizontal line of the building is emphasized in various places. The façade has been handled as a whole from the joinery to the coatings, giving it a modern and aesthetic appearance. While designing and applying the interior, it is aimed to create a spacious and peaceful working environment. Ceiling coverings, floor coverings, joinery are considered as a whole, and efficient working environments are described with the harmonious combination of materials.
